some guy named james david calls me form american law divison stating there are criminal charges against me and he is there to give me details. when i call him out saying he's a scam he fires back with " i can prove to you legally that we are not a scam" ...a bunch of BS...i have a good friend who is a lawyer and he says that no law firm would act like this DONT FALL FOR IT

They called my home at 4PM today and when I picked up, a lady asked me that she was calling to find out if I knew a certain person (hispanic name I can't remember), who was my neighbor, if he was still my neighbor. I told her I did not understand why she would be calling me to ask this. She said I was listed as one of this person's neighbors. She then said she was calling from PROVEST, just as the other post says above. I told her this was some tricky business and then I hung up.

This number has been calling me the last few days. I think I answered it once, said hello about 5 times, then either they or I hung up. Either way it was weird. And now im getting, so far, 1-2 calls per day. No messages. Id really like to know who's calling me, and why :/ .

Have had several calls from # when I answer no one is there. Called # back and got answer told person who answerd not to call again I was the called a muther fucker and got hung up on.

I keep receiving calls from this number. I have had 8 in the last couple of days. When I call it back from my cell it just beeps and hangs up. When I call it from my home phone it just rings. I will be blocking it from my cell going forward knowing that I am not the only one with the problem.

This company keeps leaving messages on my answering machine. Their messages are nothing more than garbled static, when I answer the phone there is never a response. I'm on the Federal NO Call list and yet they keep calling me 4 or 5 times a day.

Stated we would be arrested if we did not pay a loan from a payday company. Meanwhile the caller could not produce any info when i asked details and was very rude and kept threating we would have marshalls come to our door and arrest us.
